What do you need to do to have your eligibility determined?
 |
• Create an account with a valid email address.
• Pay the one-time registration fee ($60 domestic students / US$85 international students) or indicate qualification for a fee waiver.
|
| |
Within the online registration you will create a profile including:

About Me — Includes basic contact information, previous residences during high school and any military service history
My Academic Info — Records the student’s high school experience (including home school and GED) and colleges attended for transfers.
My Sports Experience — Collects information on athletic experiences outside of the high school setting.
My NAIA Connections is an optional feature that allows a student to create an additional Sport Resumethat can be shared with NAIA institutions.
Once the online registration is complete, the prospective student submits the profile to the NAIA Eligibility Center for evaluation.

Test scores
When a prospective student-athlete takes the ACT or SAT, he/she must specify the code “9876” when registering for the exam in order to have the test scores sent directly to the NAIA Eligibility Center. |
 |
Transcript
Upon graduation or transferring from a two- or four-year college a prospective student-athlete must ask his/her high school guidance counselor or college registrar to send official transcripts to the NAIA Eligibility Center. |
Eligibility Center process
 |
Once the online registration, test scores and final transcript have been received, an NAIA Eligibility Center manager will review the materials and determine eligibility. |
 |
Priority is given to those who appear on a Short List for any NAIA school. A Short List comprises those prospective students that the NAIA institution is seriously considering. |
 |
The student’s status in the process is viewable at any time from within the student’s account. NAIA schools can also monitor progress on those students who were listed on their Short Lists. |
 |
When you register you will be asked for your anticipated NAIA enrollment date. Eligibility is determined only for that enrollment date. If you do not compete at an NAIA school in that timeframe, a new eligibility determination must be requested from the NAIA Eligibility Center. |
