The 2008 women’s cross country season ended with a fourth place finish at the NCCAA Division II Nationals meet on November 15th. The women went from struggling to find enough runners to field a team, to beating two teams over the course of the season. The women worked hard and improved their times throughout the year. Late in the season, all five athletes were finishing with personal bests. The women’s team looks to train hard in the off season and hopefully improve on their fourth place finish at the NCCAA Nationals next season.
